💬 What to say
📖 Jargon→Plain

🎯 The one choice

Busy-cheap, or few-expensive. Pick one.
Your profile.yaml currently says:
"medium-low… landing volume quickly over premium rates… NOT targeting high-end."
That's the busy-cheap way. Your work says the other way.
Busy-cheapmany small jobs, stay busy
Few-expensivefewer jobs, known as the good expensive one
Same 3-hour training, two prices: busy-cheap = ₹50k. Few-expensive = ₹1.5L. You've done 90+ of these — you're already the expensive version.

📦 Your 12 skills — what each is, what you charge

Tap one. Green = your price. One real example each.

🧮 When one job uses 3 of your skills

Don't just add the pieces. You're running the whole thing — charge more than the sum.
Brand design₹1.5L
Voice robot₹4L
Website₹2L
Pieces added up₹7.5L
But you're leading the launch →₹9–13L
Rule of thumb: add the pieces, then add ~30–50% more because you're the one in charge of the whole thing. Add another ~10–20% if the scope is fuzzy (they keep changing what they want).
Or — price on the money you make them
If your work clearly earns them money, charge 10–20% of what you make them over a year.
Your proof: ₹14L WhatsApp campaign at ₹0 ad spend. If you do that for a client and it earns them ₹30L/yr → 10–20% = ₹3–6L. That's the number.

💬 Two numbers you always know

Before any call.
🟢 Lowest you gothe floor
Your gear + your time + the cost of switching to their job. Below this you're paying to work.
🔴 Where you say nothe walk-away
The number below which you decline. Knowing it lets you stay calm and say your real price.
If they say "too expensive"
Don't cut the rate. Cut the work. "For that budget we do [smaller thing] now, the rest next month." You stay the expensive one.
